Namkeen Gosht
Ingredients
- 1 kg mutton
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Lemon juice as required
- 250 grams fat
Method
- Coat 1 kg meat with 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies; ½ tsp turmeric powder and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and leave it for half hour. Now in a pan, cook it with 250 grams fat on low flames. When meat has tenderized, garnish it with lemon juice as required. Serve it with nan.
