Mango Coconut Dip
Ingredients
- 2 raw mangoes
- 50 grams ground coconut
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 6 green chilies
- ½ bunch fresh coriander
- ½ bunch mint
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
Method
- Peel off the skin of 2 raw mangoes. Blend them with 50 grams ground coconut, 6 cloves of garlic, 6 green chilies, ½ bunch fresh coriander, ½ bunch mint, 2 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil. When the ingredients are well combined, Mango Coconut Dip is ready. Serve with your favorite meal.
