Mango Coconut Dip


Ingredients
  • 2 raw mangoes
  • 50 grams ground coconut
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 6 green chilies
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander
  • ½ bunch mint
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method
  1. Peel off the skin of 2 raw mangoes. Blend them with 50 grams ground coconut, 6 cloves of garlic, 6 green chilies, ½ bunch fresh coriander, ½ bunch mint, 2 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil. When the ingredients are well combined, Mango Coconut Dip is ready. Serve with your favorite meal.
