Fried Fish


Ingredients
  • 1 kg fish
  • A pinch of heng
  • ½ cup tamarind juice
  • ½ cup gram flour
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp red chili flakes
  • Oil as required
Method
  1. Apply ½ tsp salt on 1 kg fish and keep aside for an hour. Then wash the fish properly and place in a separate bowl. Also add a pinch of heng, ½ cup tamarind juice, ½ cup gram flour, 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric powder, salt and 2 tsp red chili flakes and put aside for another 2 hours. Heat oil in a wok and fry fish on medium flame. Fried Fish is ready.
