Dhuaan Kebab
Ingredients
- ½ kg mince meat
- 2 ground black peppers
- 4 fried onions
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp sautéed gram flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp hot spices powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp coconut powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
- 2 tbsp papaya paste
- Oil for frying
- A piece of coal
Method
- Mix ½ kg mince meat with 2 ground black peppers, 4 fried onions, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp sautéed gram flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp hot spices powder, 2 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp coconut powder, ¼ tsp nutmeg powder and 2 tbsp papaya paste.
- Form kebabs of the mixture and shallow fry in hot oil. Smoke kebebs with a piece of coal and serve with paratha.
