Dhuaan Kebab


Ingredients
  • ½ kg mince meat
  • 2 ground black peppers
  • 4 fried onions
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp sautéed gram flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp hot spices powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp coconut powder
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 2 tbsp papaya paste
  • Oil for frying
  • A piece of coal
Method
  1. Mix ½ kg mince meat with 2 ground black peppers, 4 fried onions, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp sautéed gram flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp hot spices powder, 2 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp coconut powder, ¼ tsp nutmeg powder and 2 tbsp papaya paste. 
  2. Form kebabs of the mixture and shallow fry in hot oil. Smoke kebebs with a piece of coal and serve with paratha.
