Chinese Mince Fried Rice


Ingredients
  • ½ kg mince meat
  • ½ kg boiled rice
  • 250 grams spring onion
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp sliced garlic
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp soya sauce
Method
  1. In a cooking pot, heat ½ cup oil and fry 1 tbsp sliced garlic. Also add ½ kg mince meat and cover the pan to cook for 10 minutes. Then add 1 tsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 cup carrot, 1 cup capsicum, 1 cup cabbage and 250 grams chopped spring onion. 
  2. Cook on low flame for a minute. Now add ½ kg boiled rice and 4 boiled and finely sliced eggs. Also add 4 tbsp soya sauce and mix. 
  3. Allow simmering on low flame for 10 minutes. Delicious Chinese Mince Fried Rice is ready to serve.
