Chinese Mince Fried Rice
Ingredients
- ½ kg mince meat
- ½ kg boiled rice
- 250 grams spring onion
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 cup capsicum
- 1 cup cabbage
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sliced garlic
- 2 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp soya sauce
Method
- In a cooking pot, heat ½ cup oil and fry 1 tbsp sliced garlic. Also add ½ kg mince meat and cover the pan to cook for 10 minutes. Then add 1 tsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 cup carrot, 1 cup capsicum, 1 cup cabbage and 250 grams chopped spring onion.
- Cook on low flame for a minute. Now add ½ kg boiled rice and 4 boiled and finely sliced eggs. Also add 4 tbsp soya sauce and mix.
- Allow simmering on low flame for 10 minutes. Delicious Chinese Mince Fried Rice is ready to serve.
