Chinese kebab with Vegetable
Ingredients
- ½ kg minces chicken
- 2 bread slices
- 2 capsicums
- 2 onions
- 4 green chilies
- 1cup tomato ketchup
- ½ cup soya sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp oil
Method
- In a bowl, mix together ½ kg chicken mince, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 soaked bread slices, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and ½ tsp salt. Form twelve long and thin kebabs. In a pan, heat 4 tbsp oil and fry kebabs. Finely chop 2 capsicums, 2 onions and 4 green chilies and add it in kebab and fry it for a minute.
- Include 1 cup tomato ketchup, ½ cup soya sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar and turn off the stove. Delicious Chinese kebab with Vegetable is ready to serve.
