Chinese kebab with Vegetable


Ingredients
  • ½ kg minces chicken
  • 2 bread slices
  • 2 capsicums
  • 2 onions
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1cup tomato ketchup
  • ½ cup soya sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp oil
Method
  1. In a bowl, mix together ½ kg chicken mince, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 soaked bread slices, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and ½ tsp salt. Form twelve long and thin kebabs. In a pan, heat 4 tbsp oil and fry kebabs. Finely chop 2 capsicums, 2 onions and 4 green chilies and add it in kebab and fry it for a minute.
  2. Include 1 cup tomato ketchup, ½ cup soya sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar and turn off the stove. Delicious Chinese kebab with Vegetable is ready to serve.
