Chinese Almond Cookies
Ingredients
- 10 almonds
- 1 egg
- 2 cup plain flour
- ½ cup crushed coconut
- 200 grams butter
- 1–½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp finely sliced almond
- Milk as required
Method
- In a bowl, include 200 grams butter, 1 – ½ cup sugar and 1 egg and beat it well with your hands. Add ½ cup crushed coconut, 2 cup plain flour, 10 almonds, ½ tsp vanilla essence and ½ tsp baking powder and mix it well.
- Add milk as required and form dough. Make small balls out of dough and coat it with almonds and bake it. Chinese Almond Cookies are ready.
