Chicken Loki Bhajia


Ingredients
  • 2 boneless breast pieces of chicken
  • 1 medium bottle gourd
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies
  • 4 large cardamoms
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp crushed red chilies
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp crushed cumin
  • ¼ tsp dry garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Coriander as required
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Firstly peal 1 bottle gourd and divide them into 4 pieces and remove seeds and grate it. Slice 2 breast pieces of chicken into fine slices. Finely slice 1 onion and fry it in slightly heated oil until it turns golden. Add sliced pieces of chicken in it.
  2. When chicken color changes, add already grated bottle gourd and stir it for 2 minutes. Include 250 grams yogurt, 1 tomato, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies, 1 tbsp crushed cumin, 2 finely chopped green chilies, coriander as required, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 bay leaves, 4 big cardamoms, ¼ tsp dry garlic powder and salt to taste and stir it well on low flames. Bhujia will get ready simultaneously as water will dry out. Delicious Chicken Loki Bhajia is ready to serve.
