Bhuna Masala Dam Qeema
Ingredients
- ½ kg mince meat
- 250 grams yogurt
- 250 grams tomatoes
- 1 bunch mint
- A piece of coal
- 1 cup oil
- 2 onions
- 4 cardamoms
- 6 green chilies
- 10 whole red chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp papaya paste
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp salt
Method
- Put a tawa on flame and stir 1 tbsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 4 cardamoms and 10 whole red chilies on it. Then crush the spices and add to ½ kg mince meat, 1 tbsp papaya paste and ½ tsp salt and keep aside for half an hour.
- Heat 1 cup oil and sauté onion until it turns golden brown. Then add 250 grams chopped tomatoes and cook until they are tender.
- Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and mince meat and allow cooking on low flame for 20 minutes. Then stir well and add a bunch of fresh coriander and 6 green chilies and turn off the flame.
- Smoke with a burning piece of coal. Bhuna Masala Dam Qeema is ready to serve.
