Aam Panna


Ingredients
  • ½ kg raw mangoes
  • ½ kg sugar
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • Ice as required
  • 4 glasses of water
Method
  1. Bake ½ kg unpeeled raw mangoes at 200 c for 30 minutes. When fruit seems tender, take out the pulp and blend with ½ cup sugar and 4 glasses of water. 
  2. Add ice as required and 1 tsp black salt and blend for another half a minute. Serve chilled Aam Panna.
