Aam Panna
Ingredients
- ½ kg raw mangoes
- ½ kg sugar
- 1 tsp black salt
- Ice as required
- 4 glasses of water
Method
- Bake ½ kg unpeeled raw mangoes at 200 c for 30 minutes. When fruit seems tender, take out the pulp and blend with ½ cup sugar and 4 glasses of water.
- Add ice as required and 1 tsp black salt and blend for another half a minute. Serve chilled Aam Panna.
