Roman Chicken
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast (cut in thick strips) 3
- Noodles boiled 2 cups
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
- Fresh cream ½ cup
- Milk 1 ½ cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp + ½ tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp + ½ tsp
- Parsley finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
Method
- Marinate 2 chicken breast strips with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp white pepper for 15 minutes, heat 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tsp garlic paste, fry for 1 minute, add marinated chicken strips with 2 tbsp corn flour, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp white pepper and 1 ½ cup milk, cook till thick.
- Add in ½ cup grated cheddar cheese and ½ cup cream, remove from flame, fold in boiled noodles, remove in a round serving bowl, sprinkle with 1 tbsp parmesan cheese and finely chopped 1 tbsp parsley, serve with hotdog bun.
