Roman Chicken


Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken breast (cut in thick strips) 3
  • Noodles boiled 2 cups
  • Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Milk 1 ½ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp + ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp + ½ tsp
  • Parsley finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
Method
  1. Marinate 2 chicken breast strips with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp white pepper for 15 minutes, heat 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tsp garlic paste, fry for 1 minute, add marinated chicken strips with 2 tbsp corn flour, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp white pepper and 1 ½ cup milk, cook till thick.
  2. Add in ½ cup grated cheddar cheese and ½ cup cream, remove from flame, fold in boiled noodles, remove in a round serving bowl, sprinkle with 1 tbsp parmesan cheese and finely chopped 1 tbsp parsley, serve with hotdog bun.
