Crispy Fried Wings


Ingredients
  • Wings (cut each into 2 pieces) ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour (to roll wings) as required
Method
  1. Marinate ½ kg wings with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp ketchup for 30 minutes, cook the wings covered in a pan till water dries, remove and cool, now roll in corn flour, fry in hot oil till light golden.
