Crispy Fried Wings
Ingredients
- Wings (cut each into 2 pieces) ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Corn flour (to roll wings) as required
Method
- Marinate ½ kg wings with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp ketchup for 30 minutes, cook the wings covered in a pan till water dries, remove and cool, now roll in corn flour, fry in hot oil till light golden.
