Bombay Fish


Ingredients
  • Fish boneless (cut into 1 inch cubes) 250 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp heaped
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp leveled
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • All spice ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method
  1. In a bowl make batter with ½ tsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, ¼ tsp All spice, 1egg, 1 tsp crushed coriander, 1 tsp crushed cumin, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp rice flour, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt and ¼ tsp baking powder. 
  2. Marinate 250 gm fish in this mixture for 30 minutes. Now deep fry marinated fish for 8 minutes over medium flame. Serve with fries and Coleslaw salad.
