Tawa Fish
Ingredients
- ½ fish slices
- 1 lemon
- 2 eggs
- 4 crushed green chilies
- ¼ bunch fresh coriander
- ½ cup gram flour
- 1 tsp hot spices powder
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chat masala
- ½ nutmeg, mace powder
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp red chili flakes
- Salt to taste
Method
- Wash ½ kg fish slices. In a bowl, mix ½ cup gram flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp nutmeg, mace powder, 4 crushed green chilies, ¼ bunch fresh coriander, 1 tsp hot spices powder, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp red chili flakes and salt t o taste and mix together.
- Dip fish slices in the prepared batter and deep fry on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle 1 tsp chaat masala and pour juice of 1 lemon and serve spicy Tawa Fish.
