Tawa Fish


Ingredients
  • ½ fish slices
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 crushed green chilies
  • ¼ bunch fresh coriander
  • ½ cup gram flour
  • 1 tsp hot spices powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp chat masala
  • ½ nutmeg, mace powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp red chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Wash ½ kg fish slices. In a bowl, mix ½ cup gram flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp nutmeg, mace powder, 4 crushed green chilies, ¼ bunch fresh coriander, 1 tsp hot spices powder, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp red chili flakes and salt t o taste and mix together.
  2. Dip fish slices in the prepared batter and deep fry on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle 1 tsp chaat masala and pour juice of 1 lemon and serve spicy Tawa Fish.
