Stick Malai Boti


Ingredients
  • ½ kg boneless chicken
  • 125 grams yogurt
  • ¼ bunch coriander
  • 4 sliced green chilies
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 tbsp papaya paste
  • 4 tbsp fresh cream
  • 4 to 5 tbsp oil
  • Few skewers
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Cut ½ kg boneless chicken into cubes. Marinate with 2 tbsp papaya paste, ¼ bunch fresh coriander, 4 sliced green chilies, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper, 125 grams yogurt, all spices and 4 tbsp cream. 
  2. Keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes. Insert chicken in skewers and grill for 4 to 5 minutes. Stick Malai Boti is ready to serve.
