Salad Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 250 grams yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 green chilies
- ¼ bunch fresh coriander
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
- Salt to taste
- A piece of cotton
Method
- Make a pouch of 250 grams yogurt and hang it until excess water drain out. Then add 1 chopped cucumber, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 3 sliced green chilies and ¼ bunch finely sliced coriander and mix.
- Add salt to taste, 1 tsp chaat masala and 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and mix together. Salad Yogurt Dip is ready to serve.
