Khoya
Ingredients
- 190 grams white butter
- 190 ml fresh milk
- 500 grams full cream powder milk
- 4 green cardamoms
Method
- Cook 190 grams white butter with 190 ml fresh milk and 4 crushed green cardamoms until all ingredients are well combined. Then mix togther with a hand beater on low flame. Stir together for 2 to 3 minutes and take off the flame. Khoya is ready to used to your choice.
