Fruit Cake


Ingredients
  • ½ kg plain flour
  • 12 eggs
  • ½ kg sugar
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 100 grams chocolate chips
  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 200 grams asfrifian
  • 750 grams white butter
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
Method
  1. Add 12 eggs to a bowl and beat well. Then add 1 tbsp baking powder and ½ kg sugar gradually and keep stirring. Then add 1 tbsp vanilla essence and 750 grams white butter. Then add ½ kg plain flour and mix.
  2. Also add 100 grams walnuts, 100 grams raisins and 200 grams sliced ashrifian and 100 grams chocolate chips. Cover your baking tray with a butter paper and pour in the prepared mix.
  3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 180 c. Scrumptious Fruit Cake is ready to serve.
