Fish Halva


Ingredients
  • 300 grams fish
  • 250 grams milk powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup clarified butter
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 50 grams pistachio
  • ¼ piece of cabbage
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tbsp screw-pine
Method
  1. Boil 300 grams fish and shred it with the help of hands. In a pan, heat 1 cup of clarified butter and add shredded fish, 1 tsp red pepper and 1 cup sugar. Stir it so well that sugar dissolves completely. 
  2. Then include 2 tbsp screw-pine in it. Also include 50 grams almonds, 50 grams pistachio and 250 grams milk powder and stir it till milk powder and fish are properly mixed. 
  3. Delicious Fish Halva is ready to serve.
