Fish Halva
Ingredients
- 300 grams fish
- 250 grams milk powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup clarified butter
- 50 grams almonds
- 50 grams pistachio
- ¼ piece of cabbage
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 2 tbsp screw-pine
Method
- Boil 300 grams fish and shred it with the help of hands. In a pan, heat 1 cup of clarified butter and add shredded fish, 1 tsp red pepper and 1 cup sugar. Stir it so well that sugar dissolves completely.
- Then include 2 tbsp screw-pine in it. Also include 50 grams almonds, 50 grams pistachio and 250 grams milk powder and stir it till milk powder and fish are properly mixed.
- Delicious Fish Halva is ready to serve.
