Corn Rice
Ingredients
- 300 grams rice
- 1 onion
- 3 eggs
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 to 3 spring onions
- ½ bunch fresh coriander
- ¼ cup oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup corn
Method
- Boil 300 grams rice and keep aside. Finely slice 2 to 3 spring onions and ½ bunch fresh coriander. Chop onion into pieces. In a bowl, beat eggs. Also slice 6 cloves of garlic. Now heat ¼ cup oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic.
- When it changes to a nice golden brown, add chopped onion and 1 cup corn. When onion is transparent, add beaten eggs and allow cooking. Then add sliced, spring onion and coriander and boiled rice.
- Also add ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp white pepper and salt to taste and stir together on high flame. Corn Rice is ready to serve.
