Corn Rice


Ingredients
  • 300 grams rice
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 to 3 spring onions
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup corn
Method
  1. Boil 300 grams rice and keep aside. Finely slice 2 to 3 spring onions and ½ bunch fresh coriander. Chop onion into pieces. In a bowl, beat eggs. Also slice 6 cloves of garlic. Now heat ¼ cup oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic. 
  2. When it changes to a nice golden brown, add chopped onion and 1 cup corn. When onion is transparent, add beaten eggs and allow cooking. Then add sliced, spring onion and coriander and boiled rice. 
  3. Also add ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp white pepper and salt to taste and stir together on high flame. Corn Rice is ready to serve.
