Chicken Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 300 grams chicken bones
- 1 egg
- 1 capsicum
- 1 carrot
- 2 spring onions
- 2 to 3 green chilies
- ¼ cabbage
- ½ cup corn flour
- 200 grams chicken breasts
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- ¼ tsp white pepper powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Boil 300 grams chicken bones in 2 liter water. Chop a capsicum, a carrot, 2 spring onions, 2 to 3 green chilies and ¼ cabbage in julienne shape. Chop 200 grams chicken in thin slices.
- In a pan, heat some oil and sauté chicken slices. Then add chopped vegetables and mix well. Now add prepared chicken stock and cook on high flame.
- Thicken the mixture with ½ cup corn flour. Also add salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ¼ tsp white pepper powder and a beaten egg and mix for a few moments.
- Delicious Vegetable Chicken Soup is ready to serve.
