Kadu ka Raita
Ingredients
- Kadu(gourd) 1 grated, boiled
- Yogurt 1½ cups
- Salt t o taste
- Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
- Curry leaves 4-5
- Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Method
- Heat oil curry leaves, cumin and saute for a minute then add the garlic paste and red chili powder saute for a minute or 2 and add the boiled kadu and season with some salt.
- Cook for afew minutes and remove from heat. Cool before adding the yogurt otherwise the raita will curdle. Garnish with some fresh corriander if desired.
