Japanese Tepyanki Chicken
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken boneless
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Carrot cubes
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- ½ cup Crushed cabbage
- 1 tbsp Crushed garlic
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Mustard paste
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 3-4 tbsp Oil
- Sesame for garnishing
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl add ½kg chicken and 2tbsp soya sauce mix it well and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry 1tbsp crushed garlic and 1 onion in it.
- Then add marinated chicken in it for frying. After this stir fry 1 carrot, ½cup crushed cabbage and 1cup mushrooms and add salt to taste, 2tsp mustard paste and 2tsp honey.
- Mix it well and stir fry for 5 to 7 minutes. Then add 2tsp brown sugar, mix it and cook until the chicken gets tender. In the end garnished with sesame and serve it.
