Japanese Tepyanki Chicken


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken boneless
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Carrot cubes
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • ½ cup Crushed cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Crushed garlic
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Mustard paste
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 3-4 tbsp Oil
  • Sesame for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. In a mixing bowl add ½kg chicken and 2tbsp soya sauce mix it well and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry 1tbsp crushed garlic and 1 onion in it. 
  2. Then add marinated chicken in it for frying. After this stir fry 1 carrot, ½cup crushed cabbage and 1cup mushrooms and add salt to taste, 2tsp mustard paste and 2tsp honey.
  3. Mix it well and stir fry for 5 to 7 minutes. Then add 2tsp brown sugar, mix it and cook until the chicken gets tender. In the end garnished with sesame and serve it.
