Japanese Roll


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Beef undercut
  • 1 Carrot
  • 3-4 Spring onions
  • 3-4 Green chilies
  • ½ cup Fine flour
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 3-4 tbsp Vinegar
  • Oil for frying
  • Lettuce leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Cut ½kg beef undercut into thin slices. Also cut 1 carrot, 3-4 spring onion and 3-4 green chilies into slices. Now in a mixing bowl add beef, 1tbsp garlic paste, green chilies, spring onions, carrot, 2-3tbsp soya sauce, 2tbsp sugar, 3-4tbsp vinegar, 1tsp black pepper and salt to taste.
  2. Mix it well and set aside for a while. Now take out the beef slices and spread it on mixture slices. Now roll the beef slices and sprinkled ½cup fine flour on it and set on tooth picks. 
  3. Then fry the rolls in a pan, after frying set them aside. In the end take out and garnished with lettuce leaves.
