Japanese Roll
Ingredients
- ½ kg Beef undercut
- 1 Carrot
- 3-4 Spring onions
- 3-4 Green chilies
- ½ cup Fine flour
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2-3 tbsp Soya sauce
- 3-4 tbsp Vinegar
- Oil for frying
- Lettuce leaves for garnishing
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut ½kg beef undercut into thin slices. Also cut 1 carrot, 3-4 spring onion and 3-4 green chilies into slices. Now in a mixing bowl add beef, 1tbsp garlic paste, green chilies, spring onions, carrot, 2-3tbsp soya sauce, 2tbsp sugar, 3-4tbsp vinegar, 1tsp black pepper and salt to taste.
- Mix it well and set aside for a while. Now take out the beef slices and spread it on mixture slices. Now roll the beef slices and sprinkled ½cup fine flour on it and set on tooth picks.
- Then fry the rolls in a pan, after frying set them aside. In the end take out and garnished with lettuce leaves.
