Hyderabadi Chicken


Ingredients
  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Tomato chopped 1 to 2
  • Curry leaves 8 to 10
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Tamarind paste ½ cup
  • Green coriander chopped ½ bunch
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seed ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. In a mixing bowl mix chicken, salt and ginger garlic paste and fry it. In another pan pour oil and cook tomato. Then add 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tbsp crushed red chili, ½ tsp all spice powder, salt and ½ cup tamarind paste to sauté. 
  2. Now put 8 to 10 curry leaves and chicken to tender. When chicken tenderized, mix ½ cup cream and cook for 1 to 2 minute and dish it out. In the end garnish it with green coriander and serve.
