Hyderabadi Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg
- Tomato chopped 1 to 2
- Curry leaves 8 to 10
- Cream ½ cup
- Tamarind paste ½ cup
- Green coriander chopped ½ bunch
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
- Mustard seed ½ tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl mix chicken, salt and ginger garlic paste and fry it. In another pan pour oil and cook tomato. Then add 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tbsp crushed red chili, ½ tsp all spice powder, salt and ½ cup tamarind paste to sauté.
- Now put 8 to 10 curry leaves and chicken to tender. When chicken tenderized, mix ½ cup cream and cook for 1 to 2 minute and dish it out. In the end garnish it with green coriander and serve.
