Hummus


Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chick peas
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Ground sweet paprika
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • Olive oil ¼ cup
  • Tahini 3 tbsp
Directions 
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until thick paste. Serve with olive oil drizzled on top with some fresh olives and pita bread.
