Fruit Trifle
Ingredients
- ½ kg Milk
- 1 Fruit cake
- 1cup Custard
- 1cup Jelly
- 1cup Cream
- 1cup Sugar
- 300 gm Season fruit
Method
- Cut 300g season fruit into small pieces. Then to prepare jelly, warm the water in a cup and add jelly in it. Mix it properly and set aside in a room temperature or fridge for freezing.
- For custard heat milk and mix it with sugar. Then in a mixing bowl add water and 1cup custard, mix it properly. Now add ½kg milk and cook it for 3-4 minutes. When milk get thick then freeze up. Custard is ready.
- Now in a mixing bowl left 1 cup fruit cake pieces. Then add a little bit custard, 1cup half jelly, 1cup cream and fresh fruits pieces. In the end garnished season fruit on top and serve.Fruit trifle is ready.
