Daal ka Paratha
Ingredients For dough
- White flour ½ kg
- Oil ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Sugar as required
- For filling:
- Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
- Whole red chili 2 to 3
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl add white flour, 1 tbsp sugar, salt and 2 to 3 tbsp oil. Now add water as required and knead it to form dough. Leave it for few minutes. In a chopper add boiled chick peas, salt, cumin and whole red chili to make paste.
- Now make balls from dough and with the help of rolling pin make chapatti. Soak edges from water and spread batter on the chapatti. Now put another chapatti on top and sealed it and fry it. Daal paratha is ready.
