Brinjal and Tomato Bhurta


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Brinjal
  • 1 Chopped onions
  • 3-4 Tomatoes
  • 6-8 Chopped green chilies
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • ½ Bunch chopped coriander
  • ½ cup Tamarind paste
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Wash 6-8 green chilies, 4-5 garlic cloves, ½kg brinjals and 3-4 tomatoes, fry it on a low flame or bake it in the oven. Now remove the skins of brinjal and tomatoes and make a pulp out of it. 
  2. Then mash green chilies, garlic and brinjals in a mixing bowl. Now add 1 chopped onion, ½ bunch chopped coriander, ½cup tamarind paste and salt to taste in same mixing bowl, mix it well. 
  3. Dish out and serve.
