Brinjal and Tomato Bhurta
Ingredients
- ½ kg Brinjal
- 1 Chopped onions
- 3-4 Tomatoes
- 6-8 Chopped green chilies
- 4-5 Garlic cloves
- ½ Bunch chopped coriander
- ½ cup Tamarind paste
- Salt to taste
Method
- Wash 6-8 green chilies, 4-5 garlic cloves, ½kg brinjals and 3-4 tomatoes, fry it on a low flame or bake it in the oven. Now remove the skins of brinjal and tomatoes and make a pulp out of it.
- Then mash green chilies, garlic and brinjals in a mixing bowl. Now add 1 chopped onion, ½ bunch chopped coriander, ½cup tamarind paste and salt to taste in same mixing bowl, mix it well.
- Dish out and serve.
