Thai Style Spicy Fried Rice


Ingredients
  • 2-3 cup Rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1-2 Lemons
  • 4-5 Green chilies
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2-3 Spring onions
  • 2-3 Thai bezels
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Chinese salt
  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Wash 2-3cup of rice and soak it and set aside for2-3 hour’s. Then strain the rice, dish out and set aside. Now heat ½ cup oil and half fry the eggs. Then mash 3-4 cloves of garlic with 4-5 green chilies.
  2. Now knead the crushed garlic and green chilies in a pan. Now add 2-3tbsp oyster sauce, 2-3tbsp soya sauce, 3tbsp fish sauce and Chinese salt in a same pan, mix it and fry. 
  3. Then half fry the 2-3 bezel leaves with boiled rice in a same pan for 2 to 3 minutes. After this dish out and sprinkled half fry eggs. 
  4. In the end garnished with 1 cucumber, 1-2 lemon and 2-3 spring onions.
