Thai Style Chicken Curry


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken with bones
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 4 Lemon leaves
  • 5-6 Garlic
  • 2-3 Chopped red chilies
  • 10-12 Bezels leaf
  • ½ tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 2-3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 3-4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. In a pan heat 3-4 oil and knead 5-6 garlic cloves with ½ kg chicken. When the chicken change the color, then add 2-3tbsp red curry paste, 2-3tbsp fish sauce, 5 lemon leaves, ½ tsp black pepper, 2-3 red chilies, 1cup mushrooms and salt to taste
  2. Knead it for 4-5 minutes. In the end add 1cup coconut milk with 1 cup water and fry till the mixture get thick. When the mixture gets thick then dish out and garnished with chopped red chilies and 10-12 bezel leaves.
