Palak Paneer
Ingredients
- Onion chopped 1 medium
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Garlic 1/2 tsp
- Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
- Spinach boiled 2 cups
- Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Cream 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Green chili 1
- Cottage cheese 100 gm
Method
- Heat butter and oil in a pan add the cumin seeds saute for a minute then add the garlic and ginger paste saute for a afew minutes then add the onions and cook till transparent.
- Blend the spinach along with the yogurt and green chilli. Add the mixture to the onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then add the salt and black pepper and remove from flame and add the cream stirring continuously until well blended then add the garam masala.
- In the end add the fried cottage cheese and mix well.
