Mushroom Tikka


Ingredients
  • Mushrooms fresh 400 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • Garlic minced 2 cloves
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt beaten 2 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1/4 tsp
Method
  1. Beat the yogurt, cheese, cream, salt, black pepper, cumin and garlic well then add stir in the coriander. Add the mushroom marinate for half an hour. Soak wooden skewers in cold water. Put 3 to 4 mushrooms on each skewer.
  2. drizzle with olive oil and grill on a pan or in the oven till mushrooms are tender. Sprinkle some fresh coriander before serving.
