Mirch masala pickle
Ingredients
- Green chillies 10- 15
- Lemon 2
- Chat masala 3 tbsps
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- Slit green chillies and stuff with chaat masala and salt. Leave aside for 30 minutes. In a pan heat oil add the green chillies and saute for a a few minutes the cover and keep tossing over heat till chillies are tender.
- Remove from heat and squeeze the lemon juice cover with lid again and keep aside. Serve with daal or then any mildly flavored curry.
