Mirch masala pickle


Ingredients
  • Green chillies 10- 15
  • Lemon 2
  • Chat masala 3 tbsps
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Slit green chillies and stuff with chaat masala and salt. Leave aside for 30 minutes. In a pan heat oil add the green chillies and saute for a a few minutes the cover and keep tossing over heat till chillies are tender. 
  2. Remove from heat and squeeze the lemon juice cover with lid again and keep aside. Serve with daal or then any mildly flavored curry.
