Mediterranean Salad
Ingredients
- Iceberg 1 chopped
- Feta cheese 8 to 10 cubes
- Black olives handful
- Cucumber 1 sliced
- Crusty croutons few
- Cherry tomatoes 5 to 6
- Oregano 1/4 tsp
- Extra virgin Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Lemon 1
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic (minced) 1 clove
Method
- In a bowl add all the vegetables and cut the feta into cubes. Whisk the olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice and black pepper. Pour over the salad toss well and add the feta cheese on top along with the croutons season with crushed black pepper.
