Fried Chocolate Balls


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Fine flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 sachet Yeast
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 200 gm Chocolate bar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 pinch Salt
Method
  1. In warm water add 1sachet yeast with 1cup sugar, mix it well and set aside for 15 minutes. In a mixing bowl add ½kg fine flour, ½cup butter, ½tsp baking powder, yeast, sugar and 1 pinch salt.
  2. Knead all ingredients properly then cover it with plastic and set aside in warm place for 1 to 2hours.With the help of a rolling pin roll out the dough ½inch thick.
  3. With the help of a glass or round cutter cut the dough into circular shapes.Then cut the 200g chocolate bar in small pieces, set on the circular dough pieces and shape into e balls.
  4. Now deep fry the balls make sure that balls should be fried from both sides.Dish out and serve
