Chat Pata Keema


Ingredients
  • Mutton Mince 500 gm
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onion finely chopped 1
  • Ginger paste 1 ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 3
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/ 2 tsp
  • Crushed red chillies to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Caraway seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Fresh coriander 3 tbsps
Method
  1. Heat oil add the ginger garlic paste along with the onions and sauté for 3 minutes then add the tomatoes and cook for a further 2 minutes then add the mince. 
  2. Cook till mince changes color then add the turmeric powder and cook for a minute then add the red chili powder and season to taste with salt. 
  3. Add the chopped green chillies and leave to simmer until meat is tender. Then add the garam masala powder and caraway seeds. Add the fresh coriander and serve with naan.
