Buffalo Wings


Ingredients
  • Chicken wings 12
  • Flour 3/4 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Ingredients  For Sauce
  • Hot sauce 1/4 cup
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
  • Butter 5 tbsp
  • Tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
Method
  1. In a bowl mix the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and whisk till combined.Place the wings in a bowl and coat them well with the flour mixture. Refrigerate for atleast an hour. To make the sauce heat the butter, hot sauce, tabasco and garlic powder in a pan until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken wings till golden. Remove from heat, drain on a paper towel. Place all the wings in a bowl pour the sauce over shut a plate over the bowl and toss well. Serve hot with some creamy ranch or blue cheese dressing.
