Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
- Chicken wings 12
- Flour 3/4 cups
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Ingredients For Sauce
- Hot sauce 1/4 cup
- Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
- Butter 5 tbsp
- Tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method
- In a bowl mix the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and whisk till combined.Place the wings in a bowl and coat them well with the flour mixture. Refrigerate for atleast an hour. To make the sauce heat the butter, hot sauce, tabasco and garlic powder in a pan until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken wings till golden. Remove from heat, drain on a paper towel. Place all the wings in a bowl pour the sauce over shut a plate over the bowl and toss well. Serve hot with some creamy ranch or blue cheese dressing.
