Spicy Fried Wings
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken wings
- 1 Beaten egg
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp White pepper
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds heaped
- 2 tbsp Flour heaped
Ingredients for Sauce
- ¼ cup Oil
- ½ cup Stock
- 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 4 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- Orange color a pinch
Method
- Marinate ½ kg chicken wings with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tsp sesame seeds and 1 beaten egg. Mix all well and deep fry for 15 minutes till light golden. Keep aside.
- Method for Sauce, Heat ¼ cup oil, fry 1 tbsp crushed garlic. Now add 3 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp sugar, 4 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce, a pinch of orange color and ½ cup stock.
- When mixture start boiling, add 1 tbsp corn flour mixed in 2 tbsp water. Cook till thickens. Now add fried chicken wings to the sauce, mix well, garnish with spring onion leaves and serve immediately.
