Laccha Puri
Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- ½ tsp Salt
Ingredients for paste
- 1 Egg white
- 2 tbsp Ghee melted
- 2 tbsp Flour
Method
- Mix together 2 cups flour, 1 cup wheat flour, ½ tsp salt and knead to medium soft dough with water as required. Make balls and keep aside, mix together 2 tbsp melted ghee, 2 tbsp flour and 1 egg white in a bowl,
- Now roll the balls into saucer size plate, apply paste and fold like a Swiss roll, make into ball, roll again, make into puri and deep fry.
