Garlic paratha

 Ingredients
  • 2 Green chili chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 ½ cup White flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Lukewarm water as required
Method
  1. Cut 2 green chilies lengthwise and deseed them. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic.In a mixing bowl combine 1 1/2cup white flour, along with the chopped ginger, 1/2tsp salt and green chilies.
  2. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead the flour into a smooth dough.Cover and leave aside.Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls. 
  3. Roll out each ball of dough with a rolling pin and shape into a paratha. Melt 2tbsps of butter on a griddle and fry each paratha from both the sides until crispy golden brown.
  4. Serve this hot parathas with handi gosht masala.
