Garlic paratha
Ingredients
- 2 Green chili chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 ½ cup White flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Lukewarm water as required
Method
- Cut 2 green chilies lengthwise and deseed them. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic.In a mixing bowl combine 1 1/2cup white flour, along with the chopped ginger, 1/2tsp salt and green chilies.
- Gradually add lukewarm water and knead the flour into a smooth dough.Cover and leave aside.Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls.
- Roll out each ball of dough with a rolling pin and shape into a paratha. Melt 2tbsps of butter on a griddle and fry each paratha from both the sides until crispy golden brown.
- Serve this hot parathas with handi gosht masala.
