Tala hua gosht
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Beef
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 bunch Finely chopped coriander
- 2 Lemon
- 4 Chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- Salt as required
Method
- Cut the beef into small cubes and with the help of a meat mallet flatten the beef.Add the beef pieces in a wok along with ginger garlic paste and salt. Cover and cook until the water left by the meat dries.
- Then add the ground red chilies, lemon juice, and oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped green chilies, crushed black pepper, and chopped coriander.Serve with chappatis.
