Swiss roll
Ingredients
- 1 packet Cake mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 3-4 tbsp Butter
Ingredients For filling and topping
- 2 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Icing sugar
Method
- In a mixing bowl whisk 3 eggs with a beater.Whisk in ½ cup oil and 1 cup milk.Now put the cake mix and fold the mixture.Grease a microwave proof dish and pour the batter into it. Bake in the microwave at 100 % for 10 minutes.
- Remove the tray allow to cool for 5 minutes.Now remove the sponge from the mould.In a separate bowl beat together the cream and sugar and spread the mixture onto the sponge.Roll the sponge cut into slices and serve.
