Ras malai


Ingredients
  • 2 cups Milk powder
  • 1 -1/2kg Fresh milk
  • 1 ounce Khoya
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp  Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Self raising flour
  • 2 tbsp  Oil
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • 1/2 cup Almonds and pistachios
Method
  1. Boil the milk in saucepan .Add a few drops of kewra essence and khoya Cook the milk on a low flame.In a mixing bowl add the milk powder .ghee, self raising flour ,and baking powder. Mix the contents together .
  2. Beat the eggs and gradually add them to the flour mixture. Shape the dough into small balls and gently add them to the milk .Cook on a low flame until the dough balls have expanded and risen to the top of the milk.Turn the flame off and chill before serving.
