Kachay Sarson k tayl ka alo gosht
Ingredients
- ½ kg mutton
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup sarson ka tayl
- 1 bunch sliced cilantro
- 2 sliced onions
- 3 sliced green chilies
- 4 red chilies
- ½ kg potato
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp hot spices powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp whole coriander
- Salt to taste
Method
- Boil some water with 1 tsp white vinegar. Then crush together 4 Kashmiri red chilies and 2 tbsp whole coriander. In a handi, add ½ kg mutton, 2 cups warm water, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, red chilies dip, 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste and 1 cup kachay sarson ka tayl and allow cooking.
- When meat is tender, add 1 cup yogurt and ½ kg potatoes and sauté. Then add 2 ½ cups warm water. When oil forms a separate layer and potatoes are tender.
- Add 1 tsp hot spices powder, 1 bunch sliced coriander and 3 sliced green chilies and 3 sliced green chilies and allow simmering for 10 minutes. Serve Kachay tayl ka Alo Gosht with naan.
