Gajar ka raita


Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh milk
  • 1 bunch Finely chopped mint leaves
  • 2 Carrots
  • 6 Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground white cumin
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Salt as required
Ingredients For the bhagar
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Whole white cumin
Method
  1. In a small bowl add the yogurt, fresh milk corn flour, sugar, and salt and mix all the ingredients well.Peel the carrots and grate them .Add the grated carrots to the yogurt mixture along with 6chopped green chilies and ground cumin.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the whole white cumin. Pour the bhagar on top of the yogurt .Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve.
