Egg fried rice


Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup Boiled rice
  • 3-4 Eggs
  • 1 Finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 Finely chopped carrots
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 2 Chicken cubes
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt as required
Method
  1. Heat oil in apan and add the chopped capsicum, carrots,crushed black pepper,salt,chicken cubes and eggs. Mix well.
  2. Add the boiled rice along with small amount of water, cover the pan and reduce the flame to a simmer.After 5minutes dish out and serve.
