Chicken rice
Ingredients
- 300 gm Chicken boneless cut into small cubes
- 250 gm Rice
- 3 cups Chicken stock
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 2 Chopped tomatoes
- 3-4 Cloves
- 1-2 Cinnamon
- 2-3 Big cardamom
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp Crushed black pepper
- 1/2 cup Brown onions
- 1/4 cup Butter
- Salt to taste
Method
- Wash and soak the rice for one hour the strain.Take a microwave proof bowl and add the chicken onions, garlic paste ,chopped tomatoes ,cloves ,cinnamon big cardamom ,garam masala powder, butter and salt.
- Place in a microwave proof mixing bowl and cook at 100% for 30 minutes.Remove , mix the contents and add the rice followed by the chicken stock and black pepper.
- Place the bowl again in the microwave and cook at 100% until the rice is fully cooked.Remove and dish out.Garnish with brown onions.
