Baked devilled potatoes


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Potato
  • Salt & pepper as required
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili crushed
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Coriander crushed
  • ½ tsp Cumin crushed
  • ¼ cup Tamarind pulp
  • 2 Onion chopped
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ bunch Green coriander
Method
  1. Peel the ½ kg potatoes, cut them in four pieces equally and soak them in salty water. In a mixing bowl mix 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of red chili crushed, 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp of crushed coriander seed, ½ tsp of cumin crushed, ¼ cup of tamarind pulp, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 2 green chilies chopped, 2 tbsp oil, salt and pepper. 
  2. Then add potato in batter and mix it till all potato coats. In a baking pan, grease the surface and put potato in it and bake it on preheated oven on 150 c for 20 minutes. Now take it out, sprinkle coriander from top and serve it.
