Spicy Parmesan Meat Balls


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • ½ bunch Parsley
  • ½ cup Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Crushed red chili
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Corn flour as required
Method
  1. Chop ½ kg beef with 1 chopped onion in chopper. Add in 1 egg, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, ½ bunch parsley, ½ tsp salt and corn flour as required. Mix well and make small balls. 
  2. Now in pan heat 4 tbsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and fry well. Add meat balls and fry. Then add 1 cup water, cover and cook. 
  3. Now add ½ cup tomato paste, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 capsicum, ½ tsp oregano and 1 tbsp brown sugar. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 
  4. Add 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, sprinkle 1 tsp black pepper powder and serve with spaghetti.
